On 16.02.2018 in our company a second supervision audit was carried out during which transition to requirements of new PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard edition took place.

The certifying body was TÜV NORD Polska Sp. z o.o. seated in Katowice. The prepared report stated full compliance of KONKO’s quality assurance system with the new requirements. The audit did not indicate any non-conformances. On the other hand, good practices were indicated such as communication with clients,  cooperation and support within the team, continuous improvement of the system, infrastructure management, and actions undertaken to reduce risks and improve capabilities. The TÜV NORD Polska Sp. z o.o. auditors recommended that the certificate is prolonged and PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 compliance certificate granted.
