In April 2018 LIFEPAK-CR2 defibrillator made by Physio-Control was purchased. The device is a specialised, computerised tool providing safe, defibrillation procedure with use of voice and visual commands given by trained or untrained personnel. Normally used to save adults, it can also operate in “child” mode.

In May 2018 a training was organised in the use of the device.  The training was conducted by a representative of the manufacturer and involved 35 members of the KONKO team.
