Average cost of repair amounts to c. 20% of the cost of a new cable. To satisfy our customers the repair process consists of many complicated operations and requires exceptional dedication and care. Numerous reference letters received from coal mines confirm the quality of our service. During 18 years of operation we have implemented technological improvements enabling us to fully reconstruct cable structure using butt-welding or conductor stranding techniques. These methods allow to keep the cable diameter as well as its flexibility and breaking strength at acceptable level. Defect location and final tests are important stages of repair process.
